Best tips for meal prepping your breakfast
1. Plan your breakfast for the whole week
One way to make your breakfast in the morning even more effortless is to plan a whole week of meals in advance. While creating your meal plan, keep in mind to have a good balance of protein, carbs and healthy fats. This way you will be energized for the rest of the day! (or at least it’s a good start)
2. Batch cooking/baking
Batch cooking is a meal prepper’s secret weapon. Instead of making one serving at a time, cook/bake a large bath of your favorite breakfast recipe. This will save you time in the long run.
3. Experiment with new/different flavors
If you eat the same breakfast for a whole week, it gets boring pretty easily. One way you can make everything more exciting is by using ‘extra’ ingredients to spice up the flavors. For example, you can add cinnamon to your overnight oats. I also love adding cocoa, it makes everything better!
