10 super EASY & VEGAN SNACKS for STUDENTS and healthy people

Today I wrote a new blog post. And this time I’m talking about my favorite snacks. I hope julie like this.
Because I mostly eat vegan, all these snacks are vegan or there are vegan alternatives. Like with American pancakes. You can also try the Dutch pancakes, more about this later.
In addition, all these snack ideas are healthy. One of course more than the other and you can also vary some snacks by adding more or less sugar.
I try to stay as close to the source as possible, so I eat a lot of fruit.
In addition to being full of vitamins, it also stops thirst. I like the juiciness and freshness of fruit. So my first snack idea is just an apple.
I keep my apples in the fridge so they stay extra fresh and fruity. It’s super easy to take with you and if you can’t finish it, just put it back in the fridge afterwards. Truly a top invention of mother nature.
Besides apples, I am also a fan of melons. And I will talk about this further. Scroll quickly…
1. MELONS
This is one of my favourite fruits for in the summer. When you think about it, it truly is an amazing fruit. It’s a great methaphor for thingsi in life. Some things may seem hard from the outside, but on the inside it’s sweet and soft. You just have to let it rest for enough time.
2. GRAPES
I love these! When I was young my mother would always buy the ones without seeds in it. But now that I am older I know that it’s better to buy grapes with seeds. In general I would reccomend to buy fruit with seeds in it. Otherwise it can’t reproduce on itself, thus it’s genetically modified. Stay away from those fake fruits, even though they taste sweeter (sometimes), it’s better to choose the natural option 🙂
3. SMOOTHIE
Smoothies are a great way to get lot’s of vitamins and other essential nutrients inside of your body. Furthermore, they look very aesthetically pleasing so you should take a picture of them. Just for yourself though! You don’t need to share everything on the gram. Focus on your own business <3
Here is a smoothie recipe you can try out:
Ingridients:
<3 1 banana
<3 3 handfulls of spinach
<3 1/2 frozen mango
<3 1/2 frozen pineapple
<3 splash of plantbased milk
4. HOME MADE GRANOLA
This is actually my own picture. I made this granola with oats and combined them with yoghurt and fresh red fruits. It tasted really good. I can’t remember how I exactly made the granola, so you will have to do with this tiktok I found. Here they use oats and banana for the granola, also very nice.
5. VEGAN *american* PANCAKES
(Vegan) American pancakes taste so good and are easy to make. Just google for some vegan american pancake recipe and you will find 100’s. Not even kidding! You can also try dutch pancakes (pannekoeken) They are flatter, but taste just as good. They look like the french crepes, but thicker.
6. BREAD with CUCUMBER
Of course you can make a healthy sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cheese and cucumber. However, I found this one to be even simpler. Just take a simple bread with a fresh spread and put some cucumber slices on it. Mmmhhhh….
7. CHOCOLATE CAKE
This one is maybe not *healthy, healthy*. But.. I just had to add this one. With lot’s of chocoa! I love dark chocolate so much. Try not to add too much sugar in it or use other sweeteners like honey or milk.
